On 12-4-09 I spoke to a representative and canceled my trial subscription and per their direction returned the unused portion of the trial container along with the first shipment of the unopened container. I was assured that I would receive a full refund of $89.89. They advised me that they did receive the returned (one trial and the other unopened containers) items on 12-14-2009 and that it takes at least 14 days for them to process the return and provide the refund. I have called them and have extensive threads of e-mail communications however I have never received my refund and it's now going on 3 long months. read full review »
