belkin is absolutely useless. Bought a brand new router to hopefully speed up my internet download, was told it was going to be 5 x faster. didnt work at all. Reconnected old router worked perfectly just slow no disconnection. I decided benefit of the doubt, took belkin router back and got another brand new one and after several hours trying to set it up. I called tech support and surprisingly enough I was able to talk to a human.
