For the third month in a row, GMAC Mortgage has charged me a higher payment for a problem that they admit was their fault, and in our last phone conversation, they begged me to give them more time. I am being scammed to the tune of an extra $204/month on my mortgage payment. They have repeatedly assured me this would be taken care of after multiple, painfully-long phone conversations (using up my for-pay cell minutes, and my time to solve THEIR problem). As I just paid my mortgage online today, I see the issue still has not been resolved, and for the third time, I forked out an extra $204. This is pure fraud. read full review »
