I booked a van with this company in November of last year - and immediately alarm bells began ringing. As soon as I'd put the phone down and paid my £50 deposit, a colleague overheard and said of a bad experience she'd had with them. She'd used them previously and when she returned the van and attempted to recover her deposit, they refused saying she'd scratched the vehicle, even though it was there before they even used it.
