I purchased a 24"TV Monitor combo and discovered a Pixal problem. I called Samsung for service and the person on the phone took my information had me ship to Amkotron Service In CA. So I ship it to the address and before I knew it, service was canceled before it was received. I called to find out what was going on and they said I haven't provided a receipt. I told them it was in the box I shipped it too. They told me they wiil check on it. Week later I logged in on the Samsung service site it check on my status, No messages.
