Massage Envy is such a ripoff. I will never set foot in that place again. My husband had purchased me an hour and a half massage from their establishment. I scheduled it with a masseuse I had used before. As I was checking out, I simply handed the receptionist my gift card and started to walk out (I'd already left the masseuse a cash tip). She called me back and said, THAT WILL BE $40 MORE. Huh? I explained to her that it was for an hour and a half massage ($74). She said we only give gifts cards in cash amounts not time. Bullsh*t.
