I did not authorize a monthly transaction fee of $9.95 and when I called to find out the charge they would not reimburse me. So now a $3.00 book has cost me $24.00! Great deal they offer, don't you think? Apparently in the long terms and agreement section they state there is a monthly membership. read full review »
