Things have been a mess since I refinanced with Capital One Auto Finance. The first problem was when I received a phone call from them when I first sent my application.They advised me that I needed to send them a copy of my car title to complete the loan. I explained that my current loaner had the loan. The gentleman informed me that they did not have it and in MD the buyer holds the title.
