US Bank department that handles the HAM Program that Barrack Obama initiated sucks. I was suppose to be contacted in 45 days for refinancing my home with U.S. bank. It has been 3-4 months. I called and was put on hold several times. There is no direct number to the H.A.M. Program. I believe this is a scam offered by Barrack Obama through U.S. Bank just to make Obama look like he is doing something to alleviate the housing market. Worst customer service ever! read full review »
