I bought the guide and cd on-line for a $2.95 shipping and handling. I received a follow up call for the purchase and after discussing it with my wife, told them I wanted to cancell my order. A week later My account was billed over $58.00 and because it's a pending transactionthey can't stop it and neither can my bank. I was on hold for 1/2 an hour to try to talk with someone and they cancelled it AGAIN!!! THE MONEY IS STILL GETTING TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT THOUGH, FOR A PRODUCT I CANCELLED AND NEVER RECEIVED!!!
