I ordered this product on 3/3/10. I did not receive an order notification as promised in my confirmation, and after waiting 7 days (which is the maximum number of shipping days), I contacted the company through their "customer care" link and had a live chat. I was told that my order was being shipped that day and that my trial was "extended indefinitely".
