I ordered a hot chocolate on my way to work (12 hour shift) and didn't drink any until I got there. When I took a sip, I came to find that I just had chocolate flavoured water. The hopper was empty and the employee filling my order didn't even notice. Since it's a 15 min drive to work from the Tim Hortons I could not return the order until my shift was complete.
