I like boneless chicken. They never have it unless you are willing to wait 15 minutes while it is prepared. I have complained to Regional Office, the KFC branch and Get Closure. I want to know whether I have to phone ahead - or if is has to be prepared while you wait - why is there not a noice on the drive-through saying so? Very frustrating that no-one is willing to get back to me. read full review »
