I opened an ad on eBay & decided to purchase the vehicle. Was in contact with the seller & thought I was doing all the right things. Once I opened the site, without my knowledge, this buyer had taken over my whole ebay account and operating as eBay, answering my Live Chat, telling me all the right information, explaining how this was the the correct method to operate.
