They say "Customer Happiness is there #1 goal" bolony. They are the absolute worst. They dont ever return calls. They cant answer any question at the moments asked. They always say they have to research and call back. Noone there knows what customer service is. I am absolutely disatisfied with not only their product but their handling. They are complete thiefs. I returned a body shaper a month ago and they still have not confirmed whether my refund is in process. I was billed $75.86 and they are only claiming to return half of that amount.
