If you call to cancel the membership within the 14 day trial period..you will not get a conformation number e-mailed to you until the 15th day which allows the company to justify charging their membership fee of $149.95. I referenced their cancellaltion number back to them twice during the 14 day trial period but they couldn't find where I ever called in but on the 15 day I received the number by e-mail.
