Not only was the staff unprofessional, but I didn't even receive my one hour of personal training that was included in my contract! When I tried to cancel, it was not put through the system correctly and here I am four months later with charges racking up and UNAUTHORIZED drafts taken from my account! Anyone I've talked t in the club or the billing companies has tried to pass the buck along to someone else instead of just refunding the amount charged which I did not owe!
