I ordered magazines in Jan.2010 but cancelled by phone before the grace period in Feb.2010. My checking acct was debited in Feb. and again in Mar. and customer service said I can't cancel my subscription by phone. I have to pay the $1ooo for the magazines even though i haven't recieved the first one. I'm out $150 dollars but the main thing is that they are overdrafting my acct which cost $35 each time they attempt to take money from me.
