I too have not been able to get this company to live up to their word. Mike Mosieur says to email him personally and he will take care of getting you your check. Well I have emailed him at least 5 times with no response. I can't tell you how many times I have emailed customer service and called their 800 number and have not received a response. Mike does not want us to call his company a scam well then he should fix the problems they are having since they have been going on for some time.
