I ordered the advanced cleanse from the trial offer. On the following page it state you could cancel via email or phone. I tried the product and had a bad reaction. I opted for email since it's usually people who are difficult to understand on the phone. I received a response stating that a customer service rep would be contacting me shortly. The next email I received was congratulating me on my membership and stating I would be charged 169.95 for my membership fee.
