Bought a new base and Mattress. Complained two days after delivery - unable to sleep on mattress. Was informed today (2 weeks after brand new bed was delivered) that nothing is wrong with mattress and would not be replaced. (Inspection was done by somebody who took 2 or 3 pics and who refused to either touch the bed or to lie down on it!!! We are not able to sleep on it at all. Chief Ops Officer in Durban has taken the decision that we will not get a replacement mattress. Talk about a bunch of con artists and a total rip off. read full review »
