It took me a while, but I finally got the RMA number. I couldn't reach anyone by phone, so I emailed. The first two replies were from an associate who I believe was trying to bully me. I wouldn't back down and requested he refer me to someone else. The next person was kind, but offered a partial refund of $34.99. Well, I kindly replied that their return policy states that I have a right to a full refund within 15 days of shipping. My advice: Don't back down! They wrote their return policy and they should honor it. read full review »
