Indian raiways voilates the basic right of the constitution as it has happened with me while travelling from mumbai to jodhpur. the travel ticket examiner has not allowed my legally wedded wife to travel on my seat resereved for me in upper class where she had got the ticket of second class and i was accompanying her in the same train. The statement of the TTE was that there cannot be swapping of seats in the same train let it be husband and wife. here the indian railways has to wake up their ideas and the rights of the citizens should not be curbed due to some silly reasons. read full review »
