I ordered the produce over the internet on the 3/2/10 and called to cancel on the 3/15/10. Was told by Kim #053 that they could not refund me the money that was taken out of my account. But the account was cancelled without my consent. I was that transferred to a supervisor named Trisha #001. This site is where she adcised me to place my complaint for refund. I now have an account that is short of $171.00 for a yearly subscription that I don't want and no resolution. I want a refund. read full review »
