Take it from an ex-customer: If you enjoy POOR customer service, then you will really enjoy the ATT UVERSE service. Just give it a try and attempt calling them out of regular business hours and see if you can get any support: 1-800-288-2020 (contact info as it appears on their bill). Even then, it is long waits, transferring back and forth, sudden and unauthorized fees and charges, billing issues, THEN THEY CHARGE YOU $65 to "RESTORE" something they couldn't fix, etc. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!!
