I am soooo frustrated with x box live. My son's account was permanently banned without warning or explanation for account theft, phishing or solicitation-none of which is true! They will not explain this ban, send you to forums to post a complaint which is then not answered. Repeated requests for explanation are stonewalled and promised return phone calls do not happen.
