On Sept.12, 2009, my husband and I went into a Conn's store to combine our separate accounts into one. In order to do this, we were told that we had to purchase a new item. We did this. Not even 2 weeks later, we received a phone call from the store manager and we were told that we needed to sign a new contract because the first one was not done right.
