I have been a customer for more than 5 years and have never had such trouble. I was recently hit with an $11, 000.00+ bill. It is all data overage charges on a line on my account that was used for a PC Card. This was used by a person whom I added thinking they were my friend, apparently not. At any rate, I was credited twice for high bills due to the same issue, (in the 100's of dollars) but am being told...rudely, that it is my responsibility to pay ALL charges incurred.
