I ordered a free trial on the 7th March 2010 and I was charged ($3.87 - £2.63) which debited my account on the 9th March. I am still waiting for my 'free trial' and my account was then charged a further ($87.47 - £59.76) which debited my account on the 16th March (not 10days!). I haven't received the item in order to try it, why would I want to part with money without the product.
