I went into Harvey Norman to purchase a multi-region DVD player. I was advised by Mark, one of the sales assistants that the Toshiba SD900KY was a multi-region. I paid $129 for what turned out to be just a region 4 player. When I tried to return it I was advised that they would only refund faulty items. read full review »
