False representaion of terms. It states that you can get a trial for 4.95; they then take out 5.25 from your debit acct. A few weeks later WITHOUT permission they take out 84.75. When I called I was on hold for 32 minutes then the customer service rep was very rude! TERRIBLE COMPANY I WILL REPORT THEM TO BBB in Utah and in IOWA where I live. The curstomer service rep said that they had permission; but they did not. The product is terrible and the service is worse! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL BE SCREWED!!! read full review »
