After getting on the Symantec's website and ordering their antivirus software using my credit card, I was directed that the site was no longer valid and to hit my back arrow and try it again. The next morning (3/18/10) I tried the site again and got the same response, however after checking with VISA, I discovered that symantic has now billed my credit card twice for this product. I was never able to download the product. I have tried calling their 1-800 number and I only get a "run-around" with dozens of messages to "press this number" and can not speak with anyone at all.
