I placed my order online with www.thefertilityshop.com on March the 8th 2010. When tracking the information and order online I noticed it never came out of "Processing" status and promptly emailed the support email listed. I received a reply claiming that I was contacted about one of the items being on back order, I never received an email and for business reasons constantly check both my Inbox and spam messages.
