Charter has exhibited poor customer service at our house for years. They ran a orange cable across our yard a year ago, saying it would be buried within weeks. It has never been buried, making it difficult to mow the yard and is an eyesore. Our calls to have them remove or bury the cable have been without effect. read full review »
