Their pitcher grew a layer of algae a few months after purchase. Refused of giving a refund. Said that it is NORMAL and one can just remove the algae and keep using on a new filter. Did so but algae is back in days with a new filter. Meanwhile my 7 years old PUR pitcher has never got such problem. BRITA refused giving refund of the pitcher and remain unused filters. read full review »
