I wish I had gone to this web site before I began to try and modify the terms of my loan with Wells Fargo. I began trial period payments 6 months ago ...and now after having waited and waited and after numerous phone calls (including Presidential Services..where they have a special complaint dept)...I have now been told "the investor..(Freddie Mac) has told Wells Fargo...I didn't qualify.
