I was charged shipping and handling 2/6/2010, On 2/16 they charged me for the kit. I called and said I was sending it back. They were not suppose to charge me for kit before 10 days. I mailed back 2/19 and they have not refunded my money. $99.00. The kit was worth more that 15.00. read full review »
