You charged me for blackberry sevices even after my services were terminated by your customer care reps three times, i confirmed the same thrice. Post that in my present bill you still charge me for these services. What is your customer care, eyewash? I reported my cellphone missing to your executives and even asked for discontinuation of servies, yet you chage me for these services on my bi9l?
