I purchased an internet key for my laptop computer which, I was assured by the salesperson, would work in Spain and Italy where I planned on holidaying, as well as in France where I am temporarily living. The key did not function outside of France and when I complained, although the salesperson admitted her mistake, the manager would not refund my money. A letter to the company has not resulted in a reply and a second letter has been returned unopened. I plan to send the letter until it is answered. I will never deal with SFR again. read full review »
