What a scam! I ordered the product on January 5, 2009. It was postmarked 1-12-09 but I did not receive it until 1-17-09. I thought that the 14 days would be calculated from the date postmarked. However, I noticed an $87.13 charge on my account dated the 19th. They had started the countdown on the day I ordered the product. I called furious, explaining that I should have 14 days from the postmark, therefore, have until the 26th to cancel my membership.
