I went to MedVance and fully expected to find a position. I had 20+ years of a business management background and was told over and over; "You will find a position easily because of your experience". What they do not tell you is: 90% of the clinics and hospitals require at least a year of experience and that there are 100's of others seeking the same position and you will not find a position for months maybe years or never.
