I had the very worst experience in a Hollister store in Abilene Texas on Dec. 18th, 2001. My daughter and I were treated very poorly by a person who called herself your store manager after the item clearly marked as a sale item and chosen from the sales rack rang up for full price. I still have a problem believing she was a store manager of all because she had no concept of customer service.
