I am a student who engaged Capital Moving Services to move my home from Vancouver to Montreal. I decided to use this company because they had the best cost quote. I purchased 'declared value' insurance for about $43, which I was told would cover the maximum allowed value of $2000. A box valued at approximately $2500 was inventoried as loaded on their truck but was not delivered.
