TXU is Horrible- STAY AWAY!!! I was a TXU customer for 7 years, but in 2009, I only received 6 bills from TXU. I called and reviewed my account online at least once a week because I did not understand why I was not getting billed. I did not want a balance to snow-ball into a huge amount. Each and every time I checked my balance, both online and via TXU customer service, my balance was shown as $0.
