I also failed to research this vendor properly and placed on order for £76.89 to find that £88.86 had been taken from my card. I notified my card providor that I felt the sale was fraudulent but they would not cancel the transaction and referred me back to the merchant. The merchants website gives 8 hours to cancel orders which I did only to be told I have to pay a $25 restacking fee. I now have no boots, no refund and a lesson learned. read full review »
