Dear Sir, First, I hope you take this complaint seriously. I bought Chevrolet Cruze in January from ' Mansor Chevrolet' (The Egyptian agent) Nasr City Branch - Egypt. Since I bought it I heard loud noise in the engine whether the car is moving or standing still (while the engine is on).
