sir, i had bought my fastrack in dec 2008 and since then it has been performing well but however recently mine being a metallic watch since it had lost its luster i went to the authorized service center and showroom of titan in burdwan west bengal and since then my problems have had no ends.Apart from the rude behaviour of all the receptionists sitting in the showroom they dont even know how to fix the watch.
