I rented a van in June 2009 and an additional 1000.00 GBP was charged to my visa as security. I returned the van without a scratch on it and with a full tank of fuel. I have still not been refunded the 1000.00 back to my visa - it is now March 2010!!! Do not rent a vehicle from these people unless you dont need your deposit back. They are the nicest people until you need them to help you to get money back from them! read full review »
