I enrolled in a promotional credit card offer from Citicard and specifically DECLINED being enrolled in Credit Protector which is THEIR company. The very next statement there are TWO charges on my card from Credit Protector (!!). These were completely unauthorized charges that citibank put on themselves. I phoned to cancel and was told it would take TWO billing statements. Pretty suspicious when it's them who put the charges ON the card that THEY own.
