placed an order for 30 day trial and didn't recieve the product until after the 30 day and at which point noticed a $149. charge on my credit card and called to cancel and asked to return an unopened box and they stated no need to we will just credit your account and cancel. Great, I thought only to get another package and charge to go with it... Called again and was informed that it was truly cancelled and try this web site for a refund request.
